We are just wrapping up our sale event here with your company and I want you to know how satisfied I am with the way the event turned out.
Your event coordinator, Michael Biggiam, did a wonderful job of organizing and running the sale, and the additional sales staff he brought for the event was first-class. After a couple of days, you could not tell that your staff had not worked here for years due to them taking ownership of the job and giving 100% to the effort of selling our inventory. There is no question in my mind that your staff set the pace for selling and they got along very well with my staff. Without your excellent staff, our sale would not have been nearly so successful.
As you know, I hired a competitor of yours last year for another event and had to fire them after only a week on the job. That company told me they were just as good as your company and unfortunately I believed them. Our net loss that month was the biggest in our company’s 59-year history. Thankfully I hired the right company this time.
I talked to someone this week that was thinking of hiring you, and I told them to go ahead and hire you and then stand back and let you do your job. Being skeptical due to my experience last year, that was hard for me to do at first until I saw what our folks could do. I am very happy with the results.
