Dear Gareth,

I apologise for the delay in contacting you. In some ways, the delay has been beneficial as I can now report that since our first Lynch Sale, business has been brisk and we have enjoyed the momentum from the sale, which was a pleasant surprise.

I have received Lynch Sales literature many times and read it, then put it to one side until this year when we decided to act on the information. During what has been a difficult trading period for many retailers has proven to be a successful time for us due in part to the promotion of the Lynch Sale. I would not hesitate to repeat it in the future.

We were impressed with the organisation; from the first meeting with you, to the attendance of Lyndon Richards at the store. It could not have been easier. We had initial reservations, but thanks to the expertise and great assistance of Lyndon plus the sheer volume of sales, we could not have been happier. When the time is right to repeat the process, we look forward to welcoming Lyndon back to coordinate our next Lynch Sale.
