Dear Gareth,

I wanted to say a big thank you to you and your team for the assistance you gave our company last year. In the worst trading environment anyone can remember and with our proximity to the border, we knew we were facing some acute challenges. You have helped us reduce our stock, improve liquidity, and consolidate the business.

We had previously employed another company to run an event for us and whilst the sale figures were satisfactory we were less pleased with the management and implementation. We like your straightforward approach and felt the advice you gave us was in our best interest as the client.

All the coordinators you provided were hard working and meticulous in preparing our promotion. Ian kept our team motivated and focused in his own descreet way. He worked hard and was on the shop floor at every hour we were open for business. Lyndon Richards was very good at advertising and all the work that entailed. Mark Valiant, in particular, was excellent. He was very enthusiastic and his enthusiasm spread through the Shop in Ballybofey where he spent most of his time. He motivated everyone; there was no task too big for him. He had great ideas and shared his ideas with us, not in a dictatorial manner, only to help. As we say in Ireland he had Cop On and tact. The results of the sale showed. They are all great ambassadors for the Lynch Sales Company.

If we are to do another similar event in the future, we would choose Lynch.
