Just a quick note to express how pleased we were with our sale process. Warren Channel was our project manager and he did a great job. He listened to our needs, concerns and expectations and followed through with each of them. It was very important to myself and the manager of the sales staff, that the whole staff worked as a team. Warren fostered a very calm and fair work environment. He was at all times not only professional but also positive – a trait that is priceless during such a difficult time. He was sensitive to our staff and the transitions they were facing. Warren was at the store early every day and was the last to leave every night.
