I am writing to you to express my gratitude and delight at our recent “Sale Event.” The event has been a total success and exceeded all our expectations. Not only did we beat the sales target, we also managed to get below the anticipated advertising percentage. We were very impressed by your advertising campaign and the way it helped our sale maintain momentum throughout its course.

Our extra special praise is for Mel, who on the moment he arrived displayed the highest level of professionalism and commitment to the Sale. In the 5 weeks Mel was with us, he made sure our store was always presented to achieve the best sales and he always ensured our staff were at their most efficient. Mel is undoubtedly the most motivated person I have ever had the pleasure to come across.

We are actively looking for new premises and will no doubt use your company when we re-locate. If this in not in the foreseeable future, we will definitely use you for our next big event, either way we will liaise with you to ensure we have Mel again!
