Lynch Sales Company

Dear Jud and Chris,
There are not enough adjectives to express the satisfaction we had dealing with the Lynch Sales Company. In a nutshell, we can unconditionally claim that the predictions of success for our sale, made by the Lynch team, far exceeded anything we could have ever hoped for.
From the onset, when Dick Dickason told us what we could expect, to the actual realization of the fantastic response that generated a hugely successful sale, we have had only the most positive of experiences. To what do we owe these unbelievable results? Simply stated, they are the professionalism and operational activities of the Lynch Company and the over-the-top efforts of their sales conductor, Chris Kulikowski.
After interviewing a number of companies to help with our sale, we embarked upon our initiative with the Lynch group. This decision was not without trepidation. As a company serving our community for over 65 years, we had concerns about how this approach would impact on our reputation. We couldn’t have been more delighted with the professionalism that accompanied every step of the process. If anything, the results of our event have strengthened our ties with our customer base.
While we are thrilled with our sale, we are saddened by the fact that this means we will no longer have the pleasure of working with our conductor, Chris Kulikowski. To say that Chris is efficient, energetic, bright and extremely professional does not nearly describe this unique person. Chris worked extremely well with our sales staff, with the office staff, and with the warehouse personnel. As was promised, Chris consistently got our approval for all pricing reductions that occurred during the sale and ensured that our mark-up would remain profitable. He made sure that our advertising dollars were spent wisely and used to our greatest advantage. Additionally, Chris’ ability to deal with difficult situations, his demeanor in treating our customers as if they were his own and his fathomless knowledge of the furniture business make him an asset to any business he serves.
Judy Bogacz was the salesperson that we selected to stay with us for the duration of the sale. We pride ourselves on the high caliber of sales help we employ and we can comfortably say that Judy was an incredible asset to us during this time. She was always willing to do what was necessary to make our salespeople comfortable and our customers satisfied. We loved her also!
On behalf of the Horowitz family and the Suffern Furniture staff, we want to thank you for this incredibly positive experience.
Sincerely,
Helen and Arnold Horowitz
