LYNCH SALES COMPANY
Grand Rapids, MI 49503
To Whom It May Concern:
We are in the last several days of our “Going Out of Business” sale and have had the good fortune of having Gordon Zuliani as a sale conductor (for the third time). This Lynch Sale was the most difficult of the three that Gordon has conducted for us because it started out as a moving sale, and, as it became obvious that we weren’t going to be successful enough to afford to move, we changed it to a GOB. This conversion was very stressful, but Gordon handled it deftly and with full consideration for the unusual pressure this decision and sale put on our company.
As we have worked with Gordon twice before, he was very aware of the nature of our business and used this added knowledge to seamlessly blend the Lynch model to our needs. His usual thoroughness and competence was a great asset to us. On this occasion, his flexibility served us very well.
For this particular sale we were also fortunate to have the sales services of Dan Cooke and Susan Cola for our entire sale. Their sensitivity for our unique situation was much appreciated and their sales skills were greatly tested and also served us very well. Shirley Carlson worked the beginning of our moving sale and was a great addition to our staff. For this sale, Lynch provided us with three extremely good staff.
We also had very good success with the Oriental Rugs with both Roc and Doug Anderson. This presentation was the best we’ve had so far and our sales reflected it. We far surpassed our expectations in rug sales.
Our entire Lynch experience with Gordon and his staff was both profitable and comfortable.
Sincerely,
Mark Slater
