Dear Joe:

Our sale concluded yesterday and I want you to know that (once again) we are a very satisfied client. We used Lynch, as you know, back in 1995-96 to close out some stores and consolidate into one location; and with yesterday’s conclusion we have done what we needed to do to continue our future plans and remodel our store as we prepare to grow again in 2010. With the state of the economy, it was a leap of faith we took to do this event, but when over 2000 customers came thru our doors the first 5 days, it told me we had done the right thing to hire the Lynch Company. We surpassed our 2nd quarter of 2009 in the 30 days of selling.

Mr. Jim Broker was a huge asset in achieving our goals. He worked well with our staff and got them motivated to do what was needed under the terms and conditions of the sale. He was a pleasure to have in the store talking to clients as well as orchestrating what needed to get done on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. His advice for our advertising was great and he worked hard to help us maintain our margins as well as move the inventory we wanted and needed to.

The sales team that was brought in for the first week was a tremendous help and very professional. Gail Dunn stayed with us for the duration of the sale, and was an integral part of the success. Thanks again to the Lynch Sales Company for their guidance and expertise in conducting a very successful event for Greenbaum Home Furnishings.
