Dear Judson,

I am writing to you today to give you some feedback regarding the Lynch Sale we just completed.

Our store burned to the ground last July and we have been in a temporary location for the last eleven months. We were in need of a way to close out our inventory to raise cash for the inventory in the new store, and so we wouldn’t have to move everything. We now have very little left and feel if it weren’t for John Topper, we would have given away margins and would not have been nearly as successful. John is a first class guy, a true professional. His experience and knowledge along with a great work ethic were very much appreciated by all of us. He was able to motivate our staff using his great humor and energetic style. John was the first one here in the morning and the last one to leave. He set a very good example for our staff and we would welcome him back any time.
