Dear Mr. Lynch,

We just completed a very successful store-closing sale at ABODE Home. We completed the sale in four weeks. Single day and weekly sales records were broken during this four-week period.

I have to admit I was skeptical to give Lynch a chance and felt that we could closed out the business on our own. The rest of the management team convinced me to at least look into the possibility of using your services. We met with Dick Dickason on April 22 and after that meeting we decided this was the course of action to take and set our sale to begin on May 19.

Dick arranged for Steve Phalor to be our sale conductor. Steve is fun to work with and we the first one in and the last one out of the store each day of the sale. He related well and worked closely with everyone on our team and communicated what needed to be done to accomplish our goals. We surpassed our special order goal of $200,000 in the first nine days of the sale!

The designer/sales consultants on Steve’s team are great. Stephanie and Steven are very professional and they fit in very well with our designers. It was a pleasure watching the entire sales team working together to make sales.

In hindsight, I am certainly pleased we went with Lynch Sales. I know we could not have achieved the sales volume and more importantly, the margins, without Steve and the rest of the Lynch team.
