Dear Jud and Chris,

We hope this finds you both doing very well. I am writing this to you on the day after we finished our 30th Anniversary/Remodeling Sale that was held in conjunction with the Lynch Company. The first thing I need to say is that I am tired. The last five weeks have been a whirlwind of activity, and I am happy to say a very beneficial and productive time.

I especially want to commend Doug Dowell and the Lynch team that he brought with him. We had the good fortune of meeting Doug when he was running an event for a fellow CDG member back in January of 2010. We had the luxury of several months worth of planning both internally and with Doug, and this certainly paid off.

Throughout the preparation for the event and the entire sale, Doug was never anything less than a consummate professional. He was always upbeat, motivating, receptive to listening and sharing ideas. He acted as a coach, conciliator, advisor, mediator and sales manager. Not once did we see him express frustration or aggravation.

The reasons for our having our event were to move some old inventory, raise funds for expansion, gain new customers and create a sense of excitement. We believe we managed to achieve all of these goals. An added bonus is that we got the insight and experience of Doug and his team and I believe that the entire LaDiff crew gained invaluable new knowledge.

Besides Doug, we also interacted with a number of Lynch people and their affiliated marketing partners. Everyone was friendly and professional. We commend you on putting together such a fine team and would be most amenable to recommending Lynch and Doug to anyone else interested in an event similar to the one we have completed. Kudos to you and to Doug and his associates.
