I have been with Ethan Allen since 1973 during which time I have seen many furniture companies struggle with Going Out of Business Sales. So it was with three months trepidation and delay that I relented to call a relocation company in the name of Lynch Sales Company. Their long-standing reputation for honesty and high quality sales and event staff preceded them, but I still wasn’t sold. I made the decision to have Lynch Sales Company run our relocation sale near the last minute. Joe Connolly never made me feel bad about my indecision! Joe just stayed on course with the plan telling me the best timeframe to run the sale, amount of extra Lynch Sales staff needed, approximate advertising dollars to deliver the message, etc.

The Lynch Sales Company plan worked!! Michael and Phyllis Biggiam were sent to our Richmond, Virginia location of Ethan Allen three days after Christmas 2007!! Tough timing, but extremely successful! The advertising budget was maintained to the level necessary for success. Our staff is begging the Biggiams to come and be a part of our team!! Everyone had a great time learning a new way of selling and writing great business!

The only recommendation I can add to this is DO NOT do as I did and delay!! These are dollars well spent! Feel free to ask what our results were! We are very thankful and proud for Lynch to supply you with our results!
