I would like to thank you personally, and of course Simon, for all the hard work for the Lynch Sales promotion this year. As you know, this was the second year running that we have joined together, and I am delighted with the results. Although we were all well aware that we would not be able to replicate the runaway success of our first Lynch promotion, once again we exceeded our expectations and projections. If anybody thinks that once they have seen Lynch Sales in action they can reproduce it without your input, I think they will be very disappointed. You cannot do it without that expertise and professionalism so well personified by you and the incredibly hard working Simon.

I am looking forward to discussing the plans for the hat-trick.
