We have just completed our 30-day Lynch Sales promotional sale plan. It was a really fantastic experience and I wanted to personally let you know how pleased I am with the results.

While running the Lynch sale, our two stores generated in excess of $1,000,000 in revenue. More importantly, we saw a significant increase in gross profit dollars over the prior 30 days, as well as in comparison to the same period one year ago!

Thank you for selecting Kent Bolt and Steve Phalor to be our sale coordinators. Kent took care of the Middletown store and worked side-by-side with my brother, Jared, who manages the day-to-day operations of that location. Steve was the lead coordinator for the sale, and he worked out of our Nanuet store with me. Both gentlemen did a great job.

One of the things I was most impressed with is how much I feel that Steve was genuinely concerned for our business, and not just for the 30-day sale period. He worked as a partner and a trusted advisor within our organization, and our business will be better in the future because of his help.

One of the things that I always say is…. “that I’m only as good as the people around me.” Obviously, Steve and Kent have figured that out as well. The sales people who they arranged to help with the sale were first-class sales professionals. They were also tremendous writers, several besting my own staff who had the advantage of an existing clientele! The guys who really made the whole thing work, though, were the furniture handlers who Steve brought in to help with the stores. Derrick, Ty, Kevin and Mike are worth their weight in gold. We would not have been able to achieve the results we did without the help of these men.
