Dear Gareth:

Can I express my sincere appreciation for the hard work and professionalism of your organization, which has made my ‘Lynch Sale’ such a resounding success.

I was, as I am sure all new “Lynch Converts” are, skeptical and bewildered about the sales volumes and profit margin projections which you made in your original presentation all those months ago.

However, true to form, I sat at my computer at the end of the last day of the promotion not quite able to believe what a complete success it has been and how very, very enjoyable.

Above all, my gratitude has to be directed to your coordinator, Mr. Roy Gess, who has at all times shown a complete understanding of our business needs and whose work rate and professionalism are quite amazing.

Without Roy’s special qualities, we would quite simply not have achieved the margin and sales volumes which we did. He is a true professional and all the staff at Style is excited about hopefully working with him again, in the not-too-distant future.

Once again, Gareth, please thank all the “Team” in the UK and at Grand Rapids for making the event truly memorable and profitable.
