Dear Chris,

Last May we had a very successful "Retirement Sale" thanks to Greg Klaffka, the Lynch Company and their sales team. So, it was a very easy choice for us to select the Lynch Company and Greg again for our Going Out of Business Sale.

Greg Klaffka, as before was a true professional and was the right person for our business. He is very easy to work with and is a very effective sales coordinator. His work ethic is outstanding. The sales associates that Lynch Sales brought in, Milan Chase, Debra Ellis, Janice Weislander, Sophia Leger, Albert Rodriguez, and Boris Del Valle were also very professional, and integrated well with our staff. Unfortunately, this will be our last sale with the Lynch Company as we are closing our doors after 126 years. We could not have chosen a better partner to help us liquidate our business.

We hired Lynch Sales over other sales promotions because of our past experience with them. We knew we could count on them to get the job done and leave our reputation and good standing in the community intact. The Lynch team performed to very high standards, and was very ethical with us and our customers.

Our sale was very successful. We planned on 7% advertising expense for this event, and we spent a lot of money. However, in the final analysis, we ended with a 4% advertising expense for this promotion.

We hate to have to say goodbye, but all good things must come to an end. We highly recommend Greg and the Lynch Sales Company.
