To Whom It May Concern:

After 28 years in business. we just completed a Retirement Sale at Parsons Furniture in Wolfeboro. NH. The sale was handled by the Lynch Sales Company and specifically by their Sales Manager, John Bailey.

We met John and his wife Jennifer on Thursday, May 14‘”, when they came to Parsons to check out the store and discuss the up and coming Retirement Sale. We were told that we would close the store for four days to retag the entire store in preparation for the sale. The retirement Sale was due to start on the following Tuesday. Under John’s tutelage, the store was completely retagged with Lynch-recommended price tags over the next several days. John also directed our warehouse staff to partially reset the main floor to make room for additional furniture.

When the big day came to start the sale, Tuesday the 19th, John held a training session that morning and instructed the sales staff, office staff, and warehouse crew on what their jobs would be and how to do them. Handouts were given to everyone to reinforce how he wanted things done and give them something to refer to.

That day and every day thereafter, John was at the store, on the floors, or in the office to watch over all aspects of the sale. He arranged and booked all the advertising, answered the sales staff’s questions, and continued to
rotate new and sold merchandise on and off the floors.

The sale has been beyond our wildest expectations. John, his team, and the Lynch Sales Company have done everything they promised and more. I would recommend the Lynch Company and sales managers like John Bailey to anyone thinking of running a Fund Raising, Renovation, Retirement, or Going Out of Business Sale. I would be happy to discuss this sale with anyone who would like more information.
