One of the areas’ most distinguished furniture stores, LOUIS SHANKS FURNITURE OF HOUSTON AND SAN ANTONIO, announces the decision to update their showrooms and restock their sales floors with all new merchandise, located at 2800 Fondren Road, Houston and 11035 Interstate 10, Frontage Road in San Antonio. At the conclusion of their Great Furniture Sell Off Sale, which begins Friday, September 29th, they will be celebrating the remerchandising and remodeling of these two stores.

“We have enjoyed a tremendous relationship with the people of Houston, San Antonio and surrounding communities for 70 years”, said Mike Forwood, owner. “In order to continue this tradition and insure our longevity, we have decided to make a substantial investment in our Houston and San Antonio stores, including remodeling our showrooms and remerchandising our sales floors with all new, up to date merchandise which will better serve our customer’s needs for many years to come. The Lynch Sales Company, an internationally known sale event specialist, based in Chattanooga, Tennessee, will coordinate the Sale. “We expect tremendous crowds due to the low prices we will be offering.
